Needs Assessment

The needs assessment will look at what does the district and/or school need to have in place to increase student outcomes and reduce disciplinary actions for the district. Assessment of exiting programs and success rates will be examined and a written proposal for improvement will be provided.

Staff Development

Staff knowledge and expertise is the cornerstone to successful schools. Staff development needs for each district and/or school will be developed and a training schedule will be provided.

Security and Safety

A secure and safe classroom is essential for the safety of students and staff. Security and safety issues will be examined in the classroom, grounds, and all areas inside the school. Written proposal will be included along with implementation information.

Behavior Program Development

To meet the needs of students with behavior disorders, schools need to provide quality BD programs. The complexity of the varied needs of each student makes the development of a quality BD program a monumental task. Program development will be outlined and written proposal with overall cost estimate will be provided.
